Well, a lot has changed since I last updated this thing! I totally forgot about it pretty much until last night. It's been pretty funny to go back through all the old posts from 2003. I'll probably still keep this thing around for the memories, but you can catch me over on Facebook. I have a MySpace account, but will probably delete it soon for it's lack of coolness. Apparently Facebook and Twitter are "in" these days. I still don't understand the whole Twitter thing, so I'll just keep with Facebook. :)

Well I made it back to update in less than 2 months!

There isn't really too much exciting in my life right now....and it sucks. I still work at Inverness, working in the dining rooms during the day and the bar at night. I'm going to start aggresively looking for a new job after the first of the year. No one really hires anyone in the 4th quarter anyway. I've got to move out of my mom's house. I had an apartment for three years in Stillwater and I have to get out on my own again. However, that depends on the new job, because if I moved out now, all of my paychecks plus a few hundred extra dollars each month would be going toward expenses...so I'd be losing money if I moved out now. It's kind of depressing really. Eh..I'll get by.

In brighter news, I'm going to Branson from December 19-23. Going to Silver Dollar City and a few other shows so that'll be pretty cool. Dr. Snow called me yesterday wondering if I could be a sub on the bowl trip, but I had to turn it down unfortunately. I can't be off work for Branson and then turn around and ask off again from 12/26-1/2. Hope all you band kids have fun. Try and go to the San Diego Zoo or Coronado Island on your free time if you can. Both places are pretty cool. Sucks that you all have to bus out there! The Insight Bowl trip was long enough, but all the way to San Diego? Damn.

In other news..what the heck is going on with Cowboy sports lately, mainly the basketball teams? I knew it was a rebuilding year with the men, but losing the way they have, Thomas getting kicked off the team, and a recruit now wanting out of his commitment definitely raises questions. The women losing to UALR was a surprise. Hope they can get it back on track and make another deep run in the tourney.

2 Sunday's ago I went to eat with some people from church at this Amish type place in Locust Grove. No big deal. Fast forward to last Sunday morning I had some abdominal pain after a heavy night of drinking. No big deal. Take some meds, get over it. Monday morning, pain got worse, more bad things started happening (I'll spare the details other than blood was involved) and I wasn't hungry anymore. Tuesday morning, woke up in a whole lot of pain, thought I was near death. Went to Warren Clinic, it got diagnosed as an inflammatory intestinal disease, got three prescriptions and have been taking them since. Well, the pain has since stopped, I've lost 10 pounds since Monday from no eating but have since regained some of my appetite over the last few days, I'm feeling better, but something still feels a little off.
